The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for your project will be detailed in a separate written proposal, quote, or service agreement (“Service Agreement”) provided to you prior to the commencement of work.
2. Client Responsibilities
To deliver effective results, we require your timely cooperation. You agree to:

4. No Guarantees of Rankings or Results

- Client’s Rights: Upon full payment of all invoices related to a project, the Client will own the final deliverables (e.g., the custom website design, written content, and graphics created specifically for the Client).
- Portfolio Use: WebGrowthly reserves the right to showcase the completed work, including map-ranking case studies, website screenshots, and performance metrics, in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Our services heavily rely on third-party platforms, particularly Google. We are not responsible for any penalties, suspensions, or profile removals applied by Google or other third parties due to their policy updates, algorithm changes, or any past actions taken by the Client prior to engaging our services.
7. Term and Termination
- Month-to-Month Retainers: Either party may terminate a monthly SEO or marketing retainer by providing a [e.g., 30-day] written notice.
- Project-Based Work: Either party may terminate a project if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to cure the breach within 14 days of written notice. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebGrowthly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, resulting from your use of our services or any website downtime.
